by keyword for products. Then add individual items to your
shopping cart. You can view
your cart or check
out anytime you like. You can even save your cart as a wish list
for future shopping! Click

If
you want your billing and shipping info to be
saved for future purchases you can Create
an Account the first time you make a purchase. If you create an
account, you will just need to remember your login id and password
to access your account for future purchases as your shipping and
billing address information will be saved along with info about past
orders. If you forget your account password, you can have it
e-mailed to you from the account log-in page. When you visit the
store to make future purchases, go to the Manage
Account page and log in to use your saved shipping and billing
information in the check out. (Note: your credit card information is
not saved and must be entered each time you make a purchase.)
Each
time you select an item and place it in your cart, the default is to
display the full cart. However, for quick and easy shopping, you
can change your cart options to not display the full
shopping cart each time you add an item (which means you can browse
through a dept and choose multiple items from that dept without
leaving that page). In the view
cart page, just toggle the Cart Option setting to your preferred
shopping method and click on the update cart.

Options
We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, American Express & Paypal. For those of you who
prefer to purchase offline, We'll also gladly process your order
by phone or fax with a credit card or mail with a money order or
check! When you complete your order in the store, just choose
the "fax" or "mail" payment option to print out
an invoice to fax or mail in with your payment. We have also provided
a Manual Order Form for your convenience.

| Up to 5 yards of cotton fabric can be shipped in a Global Priority $9.00 envelope. Flannel and other bulky products will be shipped via the most economical carrier. You will be charged the actual charge from the carrier.

Sales Tax:
Orders placed from within the state
of Texas will have 8.25% sales tax added. International
orders (outside the US) may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

Store
Policies
Class Registration: No refund unless the class is cancelled
Refunds: No refunds on books, patterns or cut fabric. All other purchases refunded or exchanged must be within 30 days of purchase and only in original package.
Layaway: All sales are final. All layaways require 25% down with payments paid monthly. Totals under $250.00 must be paid out within three months. Those over $250.00 must be paid out within 6 months.
Fabric Kits: Patterns not
included unless otherwise noted.
Check Return Fee: A $20.00 charge will be applied to all NSF checks.
Damaged goods or packing errors: please return to Texas Quiltworks along with an explanation and we will credit your account in full including return shipping. A replacement will be shipped.
Registration: Registering for our FREE NEWSLETTER and MONTHLY SHOPPING SPREE will enter you into our mailing list for the sole purpose of keeping you aware of store updates which include new products, sales and promotions. We pride ourselves in protecting your privacy and do not sell names in our lists.
Wish List
Maybe you'd like to send a
"hint" regarding a special occasion to a special someone.
Or maybe you'd just like to keep a list of your favorite things for
future shopping! Our wish list is easy to use! Just select the items
you want into your shopping cart, then select Save Cart "Wish
List" and enter your e-mail address and the e-mail address of
the person you want to send your "hint" to along with a
message. The contents of your cart will be saved with an ID number
that will then be e-mailed to both of you. You (or your friend) will
be able to retrieve the contents of the wish list by returning to
the site and clicking on "check out." Just insert the wish
list ID from your e-mail and the contents of the cart will reappear
like magic.
